MCBB's appellate practice includes extensive experience in appeals of all types, including in federal appellate courts, state appellate courts, and administrative appeals. MCBB’s appellate lawyers appear frequently before the Tenth Circuit, as well as various other federal courts of appeal, and we have successfully argued numerous appeals before the Utah Court of Appeals and the Utah Supreme Court.

Our clients in these appeals range from large publicly traded corporations to technology startups to individuals. MCBB is well-equipped to represent clients on appeal in cases we have handled in lower courts. In addition, we are prepared to handle appeals where clients have been represented by other counsel in lower courts.
